Athletic Guidelines for Certifying Eligibility
Forms to submit to Pam Cason (pamcasonacaa@gmail.com) for eligibility:
- Athletic Eligibility List ~ Submit at the beginning of the year; add or delete students as transfers occur
- Financial Assistance Form ~ Submit with Athletic Eligibility List
- Transfer Student Form ~ Submit with Athletic Eligibility List
- Coaches’ Signed Statement and Official’s Association Form ~ Submit with Athletic Eligibility List
- Team Roster ~ Submit with each sanctioned ACAA sport played
- Schedule ~ Submit each season
- Every 3 years each coach (including cheer coaches) should complete the NFHS Concussion Training. Keep the original certificate at your school and submit a copy of the certificate to the ACEA/ACAA Office. Link for training can be found under RESOURCES.
