We use NFHS Spirit Rules for safety rules in the ACAA Cheerleading Competition. These guidelines should also be used throughout the season at each school.
The current Spirit Rules book has been mailed to each school that declared that they have a cheer team. This book is also available at their website in the e-book version for an additional cost to your school.
